Trying since 4-5 days but not visible in myjio app while paying for recharge...
At last did 1 year recharge with another app .. very sad ..
Twid support also worst... They told you don't have coins that's why not visible...

Can someone pls explain how “normal”Twid pay coupons exactly work (not the instant discount ones)? Like if the discount is NOT instant - then how exactly doee it work ? Some cashback amount is shown but full amount gets deducted form the card — then where is that cashback credited and in how many days? And by when it has to be used? And where to use it for best return on investment?

I never logged in or open account on twidpay. But when I select pay by twidpay option on jiomart, I can see twidpay balance as 140. Can anybody tell me what could be the sources of these 140 earnings?

That 140 is the aggregate of loyalty points you have already earned in the form of supercoins, zillion (previously payback) points, timespoints, etc
For example if your supercoins balance in the flipkart app is 110 and zillion points is 30, then in twid pay you will see a total balance of 140.
