For full kyc account, u can send cashback to any paytm account and also u can send cashback to bank also
For mini kyc account, u cant send cashback to bank nd also u cant send cashback to any other paytm account .
But here is the trick for that too,
Mini kyc account can send cashback to any paytm merchant account. Just send ur cashback to ur or ur frds merchant account. Nd frm there u can send to any bank without any extra charges 
Mall100 and welc100 can be applied on Paytm mall app. Unable to apply these codes on Paytm app
