4. This Offer would be applicable only to Users using the latest version 2.1.9 of Udio Wallet Mobile App available on the Google Play Store for android operating system. User is advised to visit goo.gl/rOUuKV to check the version and update in case you are not using the latest version.
5. Udio RBL Bank Prepaid Card will be for 1 (Rupee One) in the Udio app during the offer period (Oct 13, 2016 00:00:00 hrs to Oct, 14, 2016 23:59:59 hrs)
6. In case Udio RBL Bank Prepaid Card is not shown for Re.1 (Rupee One) then the user shall update the Udio app.
6. Payment for Udio card can be made only by using Udio Cash. Voucher balances cannot be used.
7. This is an upfront discount and doesn’t involve any cashback.
8. TranServ reserves the right to change the offer-period and terms of offer without any prior notice.
9. Only approved and validated spend/transaction/payment/purchase made using Udio Wallet shall be eligible for the Offer. Failed/Cancelled/Returned transactions shall not be eligible for the Offer.
10. Only the transactions conducted in India and in Indian Rupees will be eligible for the Offer.

13. An individual is permitted to set-up and use only one Udio Wallet. Any attempt to set-up and / or use multiple Udio Wallets by a single individual will be treated as a violation of the Terms and Conditions and TranServ will have full right to initiate an action, including but not limited to block such a Udio Wallet and/or deny cashbacks or any promotional activities or any such corrective measures.
14. In the event of any individual/customer trying to use unauthorized data or fraudulent means or lost/stolen card data or indulging in identity theft or any other unscrupulous means for logging in to Udio Wallet, loading funds/utilising funds, TranServ will have full rights to block that particular Udio Wallet account.
TranServ is not responsible for any dispute arising between a Merchant and the Customer. TranServ shall not in any way responsible for any deficiency in services provided by the Merchant.

16. TranServ’s decision of computation, cancellation, forfeiture, credit, debit and blocking of accounts shall be final, conclusive and binding on the customer
17. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the city of Mumbai (India) irrespective of whether Courts in other areas have concurrent jurisdiction.

I hve gone thru the whole thread but no one has clearly cleared whether freecharge accepts this udio physical card as debit/credit card and whether we get cb in freecharge account?
Even one dimer mentioned that if this card is unused for 6 months there are charges of Rs.50/- so is it true. Plz clarify these doubts. It will be hehelpfull. Thanks.
As far as I know Freecharge has blocked Udio card. Even if it works there, you won’t get the CB because its competition wallet.
I am not sure about the 2nd question though. You can use it for even 10 Rs within 6 months if you are concerned about the charges.

The courier guy and me got confused, the shipment is for me or not, later found that their sender address and realised that this is from udio wala…
Any1 used this card in Dmart or Big Baazar and got cashback? Their CC is pathetic, they don’t reply on emails n twitter, also if you call them your call will be on hold for more than 5 mins

Is any one able to login to udio wallet app??? I am not able to do so… Its saying looks like your interest connection is not fine… I am on 20 mbps line and everything is working fine… Need to do some transactions on udio wallet… Pls confirm if you arw able to login to udio wallet app…

I use it genuinely for usual day to day expenses at merchants where I wont get anything on spending with other cards or they charge some 2% then offers on udio gives freedom from that
