Didn't get the bonus coins. Order total was 2500 and 2300 after Axis CC Discount.
In NeuCoins History, the order total is reflecting as 2300 too (which was after discount).

I also didn't get the 200 bonus coins. When I raised the ticket, their response was "We understand that it can be a bit confusing; however, as per the terms and conditions, you need to click to claim the offer before placing the order. If it's not too much trouble, could you kindly share a screenshot of the offer once you've claimed it."
Seems like we had to claim the offer via the link, only then place the order. They seem to have started this new from 1-2 months wherein you wouldn't get the bonus coins if the offer was not "claimed" by the user.
Anyone has the screenshot of the offer being claimed?
