Talked to Neu Cc. As I gave him the screenshots for offer notification and T&C, he said oh are you talking about NC 300 offer.
Then said offer is applicable for select customers who receive offer message/notification. Re-clarified if only app notification would be enough as I received no sms but just notification. He said yes, notifications are only being sent to select customers. And no coupon code needs to be applied.
Take it for what you will.
Beware!!! Last month CC said the same to me on TataNeu Croma 500 coin offer, later they denied it and said that the user who got the email was eligible. 😐
And after 1 month of the fight, I got the cashback!!! 🤑

Ordered on 17th. As per T&C 300 coins within 15 days, so have to wait for that time before contacting CC. I have seen BB additional coins credited within 10-12 days for similar offers, so hopefully get credited by itself within that duration.
1. If you could check and tell - What was any additional coupon you had applied to get instant discount ?
2. what was the final amount paid (after discount) ?
3. Did you final payment was partially paid using neu coins (how much)?
1) Intentionally didn't use any other coupon as offers can't be clubbed in this offer T&C.
2) Total order value (all medicines) 1160. Paid 78 through neu coins. Received 108.32 neucoins just today as normal 10% care plan member coins.
Now since you both have a different cases .. Just to understand how tataneu cashback neu-coins work .. please update here once you have recieved your cashback of 300 ..
