Terms and conditions:

1. AirAsia (India) Private Limited (“Airline” / “AirAsia India” / “I5”) ‘Start of Shopping Sale’ offer (“Offer”) is valid only for bookings made between 20 Jan 2023 00:01 IST and 23 Jan 2023 23:59 IST for travel till 31 Mar 2023.
2. This offer is a discount of Flat 30% on the base fare, zero convenience fee, free Red Carpet priority services, and free fruit platter on relevant flight bookings made on www.airasia...in or the AirAsia India Mobile app only.
3. To apply the discount on base fares, the Promo Code ‘SSS30’ must be applied in the ‘Apply Offer’ section while booking. Airport fees and charges and government levied taxes will be applicable above the discounted value of the base fare.
4. An individual can also avail an additional discount of ₹350 (Rupees Three Fifty Only) (Convenience Fee waiver) charged at the time of making the payment, only if the individual uses the official website (www.airasia.co.in) or mobile apps of the Airline to avail the Offer. The Convenience Fee waiver on the mobile app will be applied at the final stage while making the payment.
5. To apply the discount on Red Carpet priority services (“Add-ons”), and fruit platter the add-ons must be selected and booked on www.airasia...in or the AirAsia India Mobile app while making the flight booking only. No Promo Code is required for the discount on add-ons.
6. Flat 10% cashback of upto Rs. 1000 on TataNeu HDFC cobranded Credit cards from 20th to 23rd Jan-23 on a minimum order value of ₹7,500/- and on ICICI Credit cards from 20th to 23rd Jan-23 on a minimum order value of ₹7,000/- except ICICI Amazon Pay credit cardholders and ICICI business, commercial, and corporate card holders. An Eligible Customer has to transact on the airasia.co.in/ AirAsia India mobile app up to a Net Transaction Value (as defined above), to qualify for the cashback.
7. “Net Transaction Value” shall mean the retail price of the products purchased by the Eligible Customers from AirAsia India less the Discount offered to the Eligible Customers at the website/app.
8. The Offer will be provided in the form of a cashback for the eligible transactions . This cashback will be posted to qualifying transactions within 90 business days once the Offer period end
9. An Eligible Customer can avail the cashback only for the first valid transaction (fulfilling all applicable conditions, including the Net Transaction Value) in the Offer Period. Subsequent transactions shall not be eligible for a Discount. In case of partial/full cancellation of the Booking by the Customer, No-Show by the Customer on the day of the flight, the Offer stands void and the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback.
10. In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, Bank reserves the right to deny the Offer or AirAsia reserves the right to cancel the Booking.
11. The Offer advertised on “Up to 8% NeuCoins” is applicable for NeuPass members initiating their booking on the Tata Neu app, on their eligible spends and is awarded as per the standard earn rates members are eligible for based on their AirAsia badge as listed in the Badges & Benefits section on www.airasia.co.in/loyalty-benefits.
12. Badge based discounts are awarded only to NeuPass Members travelling on the PNR, provided the First Name, Last Name, and Mobile number entered for each passenger while booking matches the NeuPass Member records and the traveller’s government issued official ID. Member fares are accessible only to logged in members, irrespective of the passengers travelling on the PNR. Badge based discounts and members fares can be clubbed if the booking and travel are both done by members.
13. NeuCoins are awarded on completion of the flight journey, only to NeuPass Members travelling on the PNR, provided the First Name, Last Name, and Mobile number entered for each passenger while booking matches the NeuPass Member records and the traveller’s government issued official ID. NeuCoins are awarded to the member travelling on the PNR and not to the booker.
14. The offer is applicable only for successful bookings.
15. A successful booking is defined as a booking with no complete cancellation. In case of complete cancellation, the credited discount will be withdrawn, and NeuPass customer will not be eligible for the offer.
16. Offer not available on blackout dates, all bookings and travel are subject to the Airline’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage
17. Seats are limited and may not be available for all dates, flights, or routes.
18. This is a limited inventory offer, available on a first-come-first-serve basis. In case the seats allocated for this Offer are sold out, regular fares will be featured wherever available for booking.
19. The Offer is applicable on AirAsia India (I5) flights only and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
20. Fares include base fare, taxes, airport charges and do not include convenience fees, or ancillary services.
21. No refunds are permitted after the payment has been made. Cancellations are subject to applicable fees specified at Airline’s official website (www.airasia.co.in).
