3. A successful Bill Payment means the payment that was successfully acknowledged by the Biller
4. Valid on a minimum Bill Payment of ₹100 or more during the Offer Period.

6. The NeuCoins thus awarded to the User under this program shall have a validity of 90 days from the date of issuance.
7. The BillPay Offer is valid from 12:00:00 AM IST on April 8th, 2023, to 11:59:59 PM IST of April 8th, 2023.

I checked with customer care if I am eligible?, they confirmed yes despite I am old user

IMPORTANT! Please note: I just had a chat with cc on WhatsApp - they said this is for SELECT USERS ONLY, despite the offer banner showing up on every account and t&c not mentioning this point and t&c saying it's valid for first recharge or bill payment.
I began the chat to ask when the 50 NeuCoins will be credited. They asked transaction date. I said I'd do the transaction after knowing this point which is not mentioned in the offer t&c. I also said I'd do it today itself as the offer is valid today only. After this, they checked the system and replied I was ineligible. Surprised, I pointed out that I am yet to perform a rech/bill pay on the platform. But they clarified there is a list of eligible customers.
There is no way a customer can know it without asking the cc. I suggested to them they should show the offer banner to eligible customers only or have a promo code by which one can check eligibility easily and directly without being misled or wasting time in chatting.

This offer is being shown on my app in the 'bill payment' section. But the WhatsApp CS team has said, "I have checked in my system as of now you cannot avail this offer.". Don't know what is happening!

I did DTH recharge for 100 yesterday. This is my first bill payment through TataNeu. I had not received any neucoins even after 24 hours. When I checked with cc about it, she mentioned that by 7 working days it will be credited .
