I agree. I too have the opinion that the company should be given a chance to recover the amount if they want.

The loot is Swiggy user account-specific for sure. As of 10:15 pm, it was working fine when I received the refund as well as cashback. I'll wait and see if they reverse any amount.

Order something from Amazon using the apay balance and then cancel it. It will change the gift card id. They won't be able to reverse then.
