Saved three codes to place orders but all are expired. Not ordering now.
Mumbai location placed another order the delivery person stole the free box the second carry bag was cut complained to cc they have issued coupon
Those who are not getting free gift box take screen shot of the banner on home page and complain to cc for coupon
Waste of time, on Christmas i raised to cc, they were clueless, and still investigating.
Delivery later is not available for me.. 
skipping it because of last time experience i shared on dd.
Store will not deliver it despite everything shown in app and screenshots .support will only provide 100 rs coupon or swiggy money after long discussion or chats .
dont want to order unnecessary just in hope of a gift and waste time .
Delivery person stole my free gift they had attached second bag with box it was cut from main order bag

Didn’t received any gift, had used instabash code, got discount of 65 on order value of 261, net payment 196.
But no gift received with order.
I just noticed, that bill was missing from bag also, the delivery person might have stolen the gift. I raised an issue to Swiggy, & they will issue a ₹100 coupon in 24 hours.

ordered for items worth 275 paid 211 after coupon but didnt receive invoice and seems ordered bag was so big for small items… now cc say my paid order has to be above 249…

Not received gift so raised complaint for that and received 100₹ coupon for missing gift 
Just had words with delivery boy here in delhi, he said he was advised/suggested by his fellow riders not to give gift boxes to customers and to keep it with him.
Also, not to give bill to the the customer so he/she cant complain.
