Customers will stand a chance to win digital gold of up to Rs 1,200 on the Tata Neu mobile application, on purchase of Tata Tea Gold pack weighing 1 kg bearing promotional markings advertising the Offer (“Eligible Transaction”), undertaken during the Offer Period and scanning the QR code present on the packaging.
Upon scanning the QR code, existing Tata Neu users shall be directed to the Offer page on the Tata Neu mobile, and shall follow the steps set out therein to claim their reward. Customers who are not existing Tata Neu users will be required to download the Tata Neu mobile application.
Each customer shall be eligible to participate in the Offer not more than 3 times
Customers shall only be eligible to receive rewards upon on successful redemption of the Offer (by following the steps set out on the Offer page and revealing the reward through tap/scratch of the scratch card displayed on Tata Neu app). Digital gold shall be credited in the account of the customer within 10 days of revealing the reward, in cases where the customer has an existing digital gold account with Digital Gold India Private Limited (“Safegold”). In cases where the customer does not have an existing digital gold account with Safegold, a new account will be opened on the customer’s behalf. By participating in this offer, you hereby provide your consent to Tata Digital Private Limited (“Tata Digital”) to open a digital gold account with Safegold on your behalf. The price of digital gold credited to the account of the customer shall be considered as on the date of credit. The reward amounts mentioned in the Offer page are inclusive of GST.
Tata Digital reserves the right, at any time, to add/modify/alter/change and/or withdraw this Offer at our sole discretion, without any prior notice.
Tata Digital reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to cancellation of rewards already granted, in case of any suspicious fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions. Upon cancellation, no digital gold shall be credited to the account of such customer. Further, where digital gold is credited erroneously for a customer, Tata Digital reserves the right to reverse the transaction.
By participating in this Offer, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Tata Digital and its affiliates shall not be liable for any liability, damages, costs or losses the customer may suffer directly or indirectly.
