I think there will be atleast some overlapping offer with this offer with less cashback and Paytm will give that first as a cashback. Every company provide higher cashback if two offers applicable,but Paytm thinks differently. 
Yes, idiot paytm gave me 25 rs add money via credit card 3000rs to get 6000 cashback points, paid 62rs extra got only 25rs , hdfc card target completed, now have to use idfc card to get those, 6000 points ,
Paytm charge 2% for adding money into paytm wallet from credit cards.
If 10000 added in paytm wallet from credit card then I have to pay 200 extra with 2% charge.
