Open your setting, delete your account. Verify by email. Your borrowed amount will go permanently on hold. You can put on hold temporarily by calling customer care. You can unhold in future.
Bro keeping on hold won’t remove it from ur cibil report - there will be a loan there
AFAIK, when you hold temporarily then it will not remove from cibil report. Talk to customer care hold it permanently and tell them to remove from cibil report.

Hi, today see the upgrade option is available. After min kyc, it was asking to transfer the amount in slice mini to bank but it is failing after OTP. So withdrew amount by adding to bigbasket. Now the balance is in paisa and the withdraw flow itself is failing with error ! Anyone with decimal digit balance able to complete upgrade ? Thanks
