This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited India (“HSBC”) under an arrangement with Alliances Galore Private Limited (“AGPL”) and any participation in the said offer is voluntary.
The offer is applicable to Resident HSBC Credit and Debit Cardholders.
Cardholders are required to use their valid HSBC Credit or Debit Card (‘Card’) to avail of the offer.
During the period 24th December, 25th December and 31st December 2019 (“Offer Period”), Cardholders will get 50% Cashback on total bill on select restaurants (“Dining Partners”) PAN India on using their valid HSBC Credit or Debit Card for payments at the restaurant (“Offer”). Maximum Cashback upto INR 3,000 on HSBC Premier cards and INR 1,500 on HSBC Non-Premier cards per bill during the offer period.
Eligible Cashback will be credited within 60 days from the end of the offer period.
Offer does not guarantee a reservation at participating restaurants.

The offer is valid on dine-in option only, and not applicable on home deliveries or take aways.
This offer has no monetary value, is not transferable, is not for sale or re-sale nor redeemable for cash.
The discount is valid on only the net amount (excluding taxes or any other charges).

Prior to using the Simply Indulge website or the mobile application, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of the said website and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. Any disputes arising out of this Cashback offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
The existence of any dispute shall not, by itself, constitute any claim against HSBC.
