I don't think.
They have disabled CC UPI for all utilities payments I guess.
I tried two times using rupay cc via gpay and phonepe. Both got failed but amount deducted from my cc. Third time i paid via cred upi sb account but now also it saying txn failed and 100 points not credited. But cc bill paid coming from sbi.
SBI is down in BBPS from morning.
Maybe that led to this. Kotak & other working fine.
