Definitions:

“Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid Coral, Rubyx, Sapphiro & Emeralde American Express Credit Card issued by ICICI bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
“Card” shall mean an ICICI Bank Coral, Rubyx, Sapphiro & Emeralde American Express Credit card issued by ICICI Bank.
“Card Holder/s” shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
“Offer” shall mean 5X reward points on using ICICI Bank ICICI Bank Coral, Rubyx, Sapphiro & Emeralde American Express Credit card for online purchases.
“Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from June 1 to July 31, 2020, both days inclusive.
“Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /canceled/ been unsuccessful at the store outlet or merchant website.
“Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank Card Holder/s.
“Products/Services” shall mean the products/ services offered by the Merchants at their stores or website.
All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail

Terms prescribed for the offer

The Offer is valid for select customers only holding a valid Card and have received this communication either through email or SMS or notification and have registered for the campaign as mentioned above.
Upon the Card Holder(s) fulfilling the Offer requisites, as per the offer terms, reward points will be credited to the customer’s Card on or before 90 days from offer end month on best effort basis.

The Offer is applicable for Primary Card Holder(s) only and is not valid for void transactions
No queries will be entertained after December 31, 2020.
No two offers can be clubbed or availed together. Customer will receive better of the two offers in case customer is qualifying for two offers.
Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
Offer is not applicable on ICICI Bank Business, Commercial and Corporate Credit Cards.
Other Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood that participation by the Card Holder(s) shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis
If a Card Holder ceases to be the Card Holder at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Card Holder
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai

ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any merchant establishment or Card Holder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card at an ICICI Bank terminal
