1.once scanned and clicked on offer ,just check in cashback &offers section, whether the offer is added to your account or not.
2.check your paytm wallet is in active state or not.if it's freezed cashback will not be credited.
I too purchased amazon gift card but still cashback not received then again I tried using Paytm bank and got cashback instantly, so guys who still not received cashback check your cashback and offer section, you can find these screenshots.
Just did add money again from cash back and offers section, received 20 for adding 499. Also got 200 for Amazon GV purchase through Paytm Postpaid.
