1. Bingo! Tedhe Medhe Consumer Promotion is organized by ITC Limited (“ITC”). This Promo shall be managed by Corporate Incentive Solutions Private Ltd (“CISPL”).
Definitions-
2. Participants: Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Promo shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
3. Promo: “Promo” refers to this “Bingo! Tedhe Medhe Consumer Promotion, a promotional scheme organized by ITC and managed by CISPL.
4. Prizes: Prize(s) refers to the gift/ reward that a Participant stands a chance to win as per this Promo scheme. All the Prizes that are subject to be given under this Promo are described further under Clause V.
5. Winners: Participants who are chosen for Prize(s) under this Promo and fulfill all eligibility criteria and other terms and conditions hereunder are referred as “Winners”.
6. Participation in this Promo is purely voluntary.
7. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of this Promo, the Participants is deemed to have accepted the complete terms and conditions of this Promo as provided herein including the Privacy Policy and as available on (https://admin.bingotedhemedhe.in/privacy-policy ) as well as the decisions of ITC which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Promo. Successfully entering the Promo and winning a prize/prize(s) is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
TIMINGS AND SCOPE-
8. The Promo shall be live from the date of manufacturing of the pack and shall close on 30th September 2024 at 23:59 hours (“Promo Period”). A day for the requirement of the Promo Period is 00:00 hours to 23:59 hours of a particular day.
ELIGIBILITY-
1. The Promo is open only for Indian citizens who are currently residing in India. Participants below the age of 18 can participate only with the consent of their parent(s)/legal guardian.
2. The Promo is not open to residents of the State of Tamil Nadu.
3. In addition to the other eligibility criteria contained herein, the Participants (or their parents/legal guardian if they are below the age of 18) should have a government approved photo ID proof, namely, passport, voter card, or driver’s license that is valid during the Promo Period, a copy of which will have to be submitted at the request of ITC, without which the Participant will be disqualified from the Promo.
4. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Promo: employees, contractors, directors and officers of ITC and CISPL, its and their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion vendors involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promo (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of such persons.
STEPS TO PARTICIPATE
9. Steps to Participate for Rs. 5 Pack: -
   
   Participants can enter the Promo by following the steps given below:
   1. Participants must purchase the Rs 5 Bingo Tedhe Medhe Promo Pack.
   2. Participants must scan the QR code provided on the selected promo retail packs, which will redirect them to the chatbot.
   3. Participants must open and agree to the T&Cs to proceed further.
   4. After providing the eligible PINCODE and successfully validating it, participants will receive notifications via WhatsApp confirming their eligibility for cashback. They will be directly redirected to the game link through the chatbot.
   5. Participants must access the game interface and play. Eligibility for high-value prizes (such as TVs, bikes, cars, or international trips) will be based on the participant’s score and place of residence.
   6. Opting for the Rs 5 pack allows for 5 plays per day.
   7. Only the first attempt of the day will be considered for Winner selection.
   8. If a participant accesses the game portal and plays 5 games for 5 consecutive days, their mobile number will not qualify for the gifts.
   9. The Rs. 5 promotions are currently available exclusively to residents of specific states: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Rajasthan, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and West Bengal.
10. Steps to Participate for Rs. 10 Pack: -
    
    Participants must purchase the Bingo Rs 10 Promo Pack.
    1. Participants must scan the QR code provided on the selected promo retail packs with which they will be redirected to the chatbot.
    2. Participants must open and agree to the T&Cs to proceed further.
    3. Participants need to provide required information to the chatbot, such as their Name, Mobile Number, State of Residence/Pin Code and coupon code printed inside the pack.
    4. Upon entering the coupon code for the Rs 10 pack, every participant is guaranteed to receive Rs 10 cashback.
    5. Participants will be provided by the game link directly via chatbot.
    6. Participants need to access the game interface and play the game. Eligibility for high-value prizes (such as TVs, bikes, cars, or even international trips) will be based on the participant’s score and place of residence.
    7. Participants buying a Rs.10 pack can redeem cashback a total of 16 times during the promo period through either a unique phone number or UPI/Account Number.
    8. The Rs. 10 promotions are currently available exclusively to residents of specific states: Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Punjab.

11. Entries that comply with all the Terms & Conditions will be treated as valid entries. Entries that are incomplete or not in the format specified above will be invalid.
12. Participants who are below 18 years of age are required to share a consent letter from their parent(s)/legal guardian along with their entry for their entry to be treated as valid.
13. Entries must inter alia comply with the following guidelines:
    All Entries submitted must comply with these Terms & Conditions and terms of use of the Promo website.
    1. Cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, or contain nudity.
    2. Cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message.
    3. Cannot be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group.
    4. Cannot promote terrorist acts such as providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other such weapons or provide instructional information about illegal activities.
    5. Cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging or slanderous remarks about ITC, its customers or its products, or other people, products or companies.
    6. Cannot contain background artwork, unless it is an original work of the Participant.
    7. Cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which ITC wishes to associate.
    8. Cannot depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any law.
    9. Participants making statements which are contrary to existing law, bye-laws, public policy or established good practices shall be disqualified from further participating in the Promo.
14. By submitting an entry the Participant warrants and represents that it: (a) is the Participant’s original work, (b) has not been previously published, (c) has not won previous awards, (d) does not infringe upon the copyright, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity; (e) that the Participant has obtained permission from any other person whose name, likeness or image is used in the photo and (f) and that publication of the entry via various media including Web posting, will not infringe any third-party rights. The Participant will indemnify and hold harmless ITC and the Promotion Parties from any claims to the contrary.
PRIZES and SPLIT OF 16,00,000 PRIZES
15. The total number of Prizes that the Participants stand a chance to potentially win as under this Promo are 1,600,000 (Sixteen Lakh) Prizes, the split of the same is given as below:

• 115 physical prizes (TV, Bike, Trip to Europe, etc.)
• The balance prizes (apart from the 115 physical prizes) shall be provided to the Winners in the form of “cashbacks” i.e., as cash rewards through UPI or direct deposit into account numbers.
• The Sixteen Lakh Prizes represents the total number of potential prizes under this Promo scheme which is a combination of guaranteed cash rewards on Rs. 10 packs, 10,000 cash rewards on Rs. 5 (based on scores from gameplay) and a common pool of physical gifts for Rs. 5 and Rs. 10 (based on scores from gameplay) and place of residence of the user.
• The value of each Prize and the split-up of physical prizes and cashbacks shall be decided by ITC at its sole discretion.
