Samsung Wallet Refer & Earn upto 300 Amazon Gift Voucher.

‘Samsung Wallet Referral’ campaign, herein, referred as ‘Referral campaign’ (the “Campaign”) is run by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (“Samsung”) on Samsung Wallet App (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), which will start from 13th June 2024 till 19th June, 2024 (“Campaign Period”) and shall be valid for all Samsung Wallet users (hereinafter referred to as the “user”), who have attained the age of 18 years or above (“Participant(s)”).

Under this Campaign, a user needs to refer a non-registered Samsung Wallet user to register on Samsung Wallet application, to be eligible for INR 100 Gift Card of Amazon (“Voucher”).

Eligibility for Voucher: All Samsung Wallet registered users, who will participate in the Campaign by accepting Campaign’s Terms & Conditions, will be eligible for the Voucher, subject to the further terms hereof. Post accepting the Terms & Conditions, users (“Referrer”) have to refer a non-registered Samsung Wallet user (“Referee”) to Samsung Wallet application. Once such Referee successfully completes the registration process for the Samsung Wallet during the Campaign Period, 1 (One) Voucher each would be issued to both Referrer and Referee. All Referees (without any limit) who have completed the App registration during the Campaign Period shall be eligible to receive (one) Voucher. However, a Referrer can earn a maximum of three (03) Vouchers only during the Campaign Period, notwithstanding that such referrer had referred more than 3 (three) referees who had successfully registered in the App during the Campaign period. Samsung reserves the right to ask for any other information as it deems fit, in relation to giving the Voucher.

Both Referrer and Referee will be eligible to receive Voucher only if the correct Referral link (as generated from Referrer’s Samsung Wallet App) is used by Referee for registration on Samsung Wallet App.

Voucher will be awarded within 12 hours under the Vouchers Section of the App, post successful Samsung Wallet registration process done by referee. Samsung reserves the right to ask (via email/ phone-call/ SMS/ WhatsApp etc.) for any other information as it deems fit, in relation to giving the Voucher, which needs to be reverted by the Participant with all requisite responses within 24 hours of receipt of the email/phone call/whats app/SMS etc.

The participation in the Campaign is voluntary by both the Referrer and the Referee. Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. By participating in this Campaign, Participant and Referee agrees to receive communication(s) from Samsung and/or its authorized third party agency relating to the Campaign and Participant and Referee unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against Samsung and/or its officers, directors, employees, subsidiary or any authorized third party agency in this respect.

Voucher Redemption: Redemption of the Voucher shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Use of Amazon. The Voucher shall be given on “As Is” basis. To add your Voucher to Amazon Pay balance, visit amazon.in/addgiftcard. Participant can also apply the 14 digits code on amazon.in/addgiftcard and add the Gift card balance to your Amazon.in account. Voucher shall be valid from the date of issuance till 15th February, 2025. Samsung is not responsible if awarded Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. 

Voucher(s) shall be at the sole discretion of Samsung and shall be on As Is

The Voucher(s) cannot be exchanged with any product or item, is non-transferable and cannot be en-cashed under any circumstances.

Further, Participant and Referee gives Samsung the right (in perpetuity) to publish and broadcast anywhere in the world, for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes and in any media channel (including but not limited to social media platforms/official website/OOH/POSM/Print Media etc.), Participant’s, Referee’s and/or Winner’s entry/content (in part or full), his/her name, image, likeness and/or photograph (except where prohibited by law) without any further permission or consent or consideration in any form, including but not limited to, royalty.

Participant and Referee agrees that Samsung shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Campaign or with the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize (except any liability which may not be excluded under applicable law). The Voucher shall be on “AS IS” basis and subject to the stocks availability.

Participant and Referee hereby agrees that participation with regard to the Campaign is their responsibility and further agrees to indemnify and keep Samsung, its associated companies, its event management company, its authorized third party agency and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents, indemnified against any and all losses, claims (including but not limited to third party claims), injuries, costs, fees, fines, penalties, taxes, charges and any other liability arising out of any act of omission, commission, fraud, negligence or misconduct by the Participant.

Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw the Campaign or change any of these terms & conditions or replace the Voucher(s) anytime at its sole discretion without prior notice.

All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
