How to cancel order in jiomart, after order get processed.There is no option available to cancel it.
I think their website doesn't sync with the quantities they have in the warehouse. So they end up taking more orders and then cancel the ones they can't fulfil😓

mine also shipped and the expected delivery changed from 24th to 25th.

My invoice generation address is just 30kms away. Order is processed but not shipped yet. I asked the cc can I pick up the product like Croma but they said no.
1st it showed delivery by 23rd. But everyday they are delaying delivery date by 1day.

After order is processed you can't even cancel. Idc if they take 3wks to deliver. I am worried they might neither give the product nor the refund. When I had pre-ordered s6 edge on Amazon, they cancelled and took 4-5 months to return the money that too after going to consumers court. Don't want to go through that again.
Weird thing is they are showing the IMEI number. Means they have the stock. may be the issue is warehouse management not stock availability.
Ordered a week back, status changed to shipped but unable to track with delivery code on invoice...
Tried bluedart and Ecom both sites aren't recognising delivery code provided by jiomart.

Atlast received today after 4 days of "today's delivery plan planned". Problem is they are using 3rd class courier service.
When I told my neighbour (who is in ekart), he contacted someone in the reliance digital warehouse (not store). After I gave my order id , he confirmed they had the order and assured to deliver today.
So try to contact someone in nearby warehouse or take a trip. Definitely beats the endless waiting.
