When it comes to Mobile OS.. I agree with the superiority of Android over iOS.
But again... no one can beat the sensors, tracking and everything else that an apple watch offers.
Android has a long way to go.. to even compete with Apple Watch.
I wonder why Samsung like companies can't provide something premium and unique on Android platform.

Yup that is what I said and also called customer care but as usual no proper response from their end
Dead smartwatch is not accepted he showed me his app. If watch is dead it shows collect amount so I had to charge my broken watch. My 800 rs watch had broken strap hook but he accepted it anyway.
Even it's charger was dead so I used other smartwatch charger which wasn't perfect had to hold it for at least half hour to charge I got 10% then go to ekart centre. In the end worth it lol
Even if you select dead smartwatch. In his app there will be two question,
Is it a smartwatch and does it turn on and then take pictures.
