I was using this buds from past 10 months and i dont think this is value for money product. For fit wise its difficult to use in longer time. Even though i was using with ios sound was decent and missed many features.
Recently my left was giving low output and i had to take it to service center and they said left bud isn't working and they ordered a replacement but to my surprise samsung sent right bud as replacement 
They again requested for right buds but samsung head branch told they do not have it available to replace it. This was very surpassing considering it's not that old product and buds 3 only launched recently.
Then story continues and they decided to refund the money since they couldn't replace and it was under warranty. They took all the details from me and after 15 days i collected cheque from them.
Catch here is I paid only 5.2K around for this product but invoice from Amazon was for 15K and they issued the cheque for 15K which is almost 200% gain for me

Compatibility in connectivity, Samsung buds connects in 3-5 sec after case lid is opened and lastly connected to that device, whereas I’m using Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Gen too which connects to iPhone in 1-3 sec.
software compatibility is zero, as Apple doesn’t have Samsung Galaxy wearable applications available. So, what I did was took my brothers Samsung device setup the whole working as per my convenience, to my wonders every features worked after setup and connecting to iPhone, every functionality works perfectly for e.g.:
Now comparing sound quality yes it’s really very good but compared to Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Gen it’s little below. I’m very happy with Samsung Galaxy Buds would definitely recommend it keeping the price and quality in mind.

This was delivered yesterday. Honestly, coming from using a One Plus Nords Buds 2, the Samsung blew me away. Everything from the punchiness of the bass to the soundstage, instrument separation, and overall sound quality is amazing. I've always wanted to try out one of the 'pro' TWS units but couldn't bring myself to spend Rs 10-15k for them. One desire unlocked thanks to this superb deal.
Am yet to try out call quality. Also, device paired is a Samsung S20 FE 5G.
