The ear cups seem to be small. Does not close the ear completely and will be over the ear. Sound leak is invetible and uncomfortable to wear for longer period. It will be available for 799 in few months.

Hella uncomfortable & are far inferior compared to over the ear.
Red-Gear Cloak Headphone
Just best over-ear-headphone (wired and wireless) both are fine.
I often face difficulties with earphone or TWS. They cause ear infection.
