1. What is the Minimum & Maximum amount i can transfer?
- You can transfer a minimum of Re. 0.01 and a maximum of Rs. 2,000 per day and Rs. 10,000 per month from your RuPiZo e-wallet account. You can also see your remaining transfer limit in the amount screen while making a transfer.

2. How many recharges can be done in a day?
- You can only do a maximum of 5 recharges in a day and spend a maximum of Rs. 5000 per recharge transaction using your RuPiZo e-wallet account.

3. What is the maximum amount I can store in my account?
- Your RuPiZo e-Wallet account can contain a maximum of Rs. 10,000 at any given point in time. The total cumulative value of funds credited in RuPiZo e-Wallet in one calendar month should not exceed Rs. 10,000.

4. Is there a transaction limit I need to be aware of?
- The following transaction limits will apply to transactions on the RuPiZo e-Wallet account and is subject to change from time to time:
Rs. 10,000 per bill payment transaction
Rs. 5,000 per recharge transaction
Rs. 10,000 per merchant payment transaction through Virtual Debit Card on Third Party websites
Rs. 2,000 per fund transfer per transaction per day
Maximum value of all outgoing transactions in a day is Rs. 10,000
Maximum value of all outgoing transactions in a month is Rs. 20,000
Incoming transactions shall be subject to Maximum Value and Maximum Monthly Transfer limits.

5. How many transaction can i do per day / per month?
- There are no limits on the number of transactions made in a day / month till the transaction balance does not exceed Rs. 10,000 per day and Rs. 20,000 per month. For recharge transactions, you can only do a maximum of 5 recharges per day upto a maximum of Rs. 5,000 per recharge transaction per day.

Rupizo vcc working on TMW, jiomoney, zeta, mpesa.
TMW>Paytm. Zeta>Paytm. Mpesa>account after 15 days. Not sure for jiomoney , as used jiomoney for bill payment and availed 20 percent offer.

I’m unable to make new account or login in existing account what to do?

3k and 9k amount loaded from rupizo to tmw to paytm. All without any charges. But yesterday tmw not allowed to load more than 3k and today I loaded 9k(5+4) successfully. Transferred to Paytm to bank account.

Rupizo also works on Future pay. All future pay loads give addl 5%
PS – future pay can only be used in future group outlets
