Steps to avail Tops-Paytm UPI Cashback offer:-
- Open the Paytm app and scan the QR code printed on the pack.
- You will get a Congratulations message with instructions to link UPI with Paytm to claim INR 20 UPI cashback.
- If you already have a UPI-linked bank account with Paytm then you can claim INR20 cashback by making a transaction (Mobile recharge, Postpaid bill payment, DTH recharge, and Electricity Bill Payment) of INR199 or above (Cylinder) of INR48 or above.

It doesn’t say anywhere that I have to make only UPI payment. Does it mean that I can just pay using wallet balance? or do we have to hold and register UPI for sure?
