Guys don't fall into this trap if you are not used to claiming refunds from Air Asia.

This is a big trap which they are setting up deliberately.

Carefully watch in some of the sectors Airasia has not got proper clearance from Civil Aviation . Even there is a small warning symbol beside those fares, which you will surely miss or ignore.

I have faced similar problem in the past. They had released promo fare for Kolkata - Johor Baruh ( Malaysia ) , later they withdrew the flight.

Similarly before the pandemic , there was an airline called WOW AIRLINES. Youtubers promoted the airlines on their channel. They were giving tickets to USA and Europe for just 20000 to 30000 rupees return. 

But you will be surprised, the Airlines never started their India operations and also the Airline shutdown.

We have our very India Special GO AIR which sold tickets for Maldives at low rates but the flight got cancelled and airline shutdown. 

Now with your hard earned money the Wadias are making Biscuit .
