Other Terms & Conditions of Offer:

This “Discount / Cashback” (“Offer”) is made available by Axis Bank, Citibank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank & Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Partner Bank/s”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).
Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current Credit Card / Debit Card (“Cardholder”) issued by partner banks to make a purchase at the merchants’ online website www.reliancedigital.in.
Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
Offer is valid on fulfilling the minimum purchase condition (net of returns / refunds / part payments / merchant discounts) in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) & making the payment via eligible Credit Card / Debit Card during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s online website. (Eligible Customer).
Maximum benefit under this offer is capped at Rs. 1,500 for Non EMI transactions & Rs. 2,500 for EMI transaction per card.
Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
Discount shall auto-apply for eligible cards at the payments page. In case of multiple promotions, customer would need to choose “CLICK TO APPLY DISCOUNT” tab on the payments page and select the applicable promotion. In case NO promo code is chosen by the customers at the payments page, customer would not be eligible for the discount.
In case of payment failure, promo would be reactivated in 30 minutes.
Reliance Retail & Partner Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
Participation in the Offer is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.

Decision of Partner Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Bank Reliance, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.
