I have ordered and cancelled from Hyderabad. It is not at all worth it, see my other comments.
I have cancelled the product. Cartridges are available in sizes, S, Standard, High. S will cost 750/- and gives approx 100 b/w prints which comes around 7-8 rupees per page. Not at all worth it.
I think we can refill them locally as well
Cancelled as it shows as Only Printer in box contents and no cartridges

For me also empty catridges came
I have 2570 model, cartridges are costly, refilling works max 2 to 3 times, since these are meant to use and throw, cartridge heads are not durable and will start giving issues after 2 to 3 times usage, linings and uneven printing etc. with new cartridges, we will get max 20 colour photo pages. And after refilling 2-3 times may be around 50 pages max. I have the A4 size file folder, which I use it as album for A4 size photos only. So it works for me quite okay.
