If we use axis ace card for repayment via ola.. Stil we wil get 2% cb net.

The customer server is non existent. They did not send me any communication of the bill .. no sms, no whtsapp or email.
After about a week was over I got a call to make a payment with lates fees. The person shared a direct link to make payment .. promised to weave off the late fee when I requested. It seemed fishy. I made payment via the app and the person even did not respond after that. My late fee was not removed.
I email to freopay and it has been 4 days. I have no response from them.
These are not trustworthy companies.
They seem to make money by cheating and misinformation.
