we get 500ml milk from local milk seller at village @ milk price 50/litre. We dont eat fat part. So daily we keep fatty part aside. From 4 days fat part my mother do ghee making process & we finally make 100ml ghee from 4days fat. so calculate to make 1litre we need approx 40 days(20litre milk supply) so i wanna tell 1litre ghee making needs atleast 1000 rupees milk. i dont know if any better ghee making process is there if more ghee can be obtained. But these ghee prices LOL 😄😄
