1. This limited period offer by Dharampal Satyapal Foods Limited (DSFL/Company) is for select stocks of PULSE JAR bearing the manufacturing month between April’24 to June’24.

1. Redemption of scratch Card amount shall be on or before 15th October’24. Offer valid till 15th October’24.

1. Scheme is valid only for Retailers (Participant) buying from DSFL Authorized Distributors Only.

1. Products available without this offer also. Participation is voluntary and without any fee.

1. To participate and further to claim the cash back, such Participant needs to compulsorily register himself/herself on promotional microsite directly or by scanning the QR Code and then input the details of Unique code. 1. After submitting the unique Code on the website, the Participant need not submit the physical scratch card to DSFL representative except as mentioned hereinafter.

1. If any problem arises then the Participant shall have to submit the complete Scratch Card to the nearest authorized distributor or DSFL's sales representative at its own expense and keep the copy of the same safe with him/her for further use.

These terms and conditions apply to the "Retail Ki Pulse" Contest for consumers (hereinafter referred to as Contest") sponsored and launched by Dharampal Satyapal Foods Limited (hereinafter referred to as “DSFL") wherein consumers can participate by registering on the contest website www.retailkipul...om

2. The contest is valid only in India from 15th April’24 to 15th October’24 (hereinafter referred as "Contest Period").

3. During the Contest Period:

   1. Every day one winner, total 120 winners will be selected from Pan India to win Rs 5000 Gold Gift Voucher for the first 120 days of promo duration.

   2. Every week one winner, total of 16 winners will be selected from Pan India to win Rs 9999 Gold Gift Voucher for the first 16 weeks of promo duration.

4. All IPR rights including trademark, copyright and designs used are the property of their respective owners.

5. The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.

All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), DSFL or its Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Contest.

   5. DSFL reserves the right to exclude or disqualify any participant from the Contest on grounds of:

1. Contest Period & Contest Timings

   1. The contest will commence from 12.00:01 AM on 15th April’24 to 11:59:59 PM on 15th October’24.

   2. Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the Online mode of participation at the Contest Website.

   3. Entries coming outside the Contest Period will not be considered for winner selection.

   1. During the Contest Period, 136 winners will be selected for Prizes for a contest period of 120 days as per the prizes given below.

1. How to Participate

   1. Each participant is allowed to enter once per week using a mobile number throughout the duration of the contest.

   3. Participants from Rest of India will enter a unique code along with other details to submit their registration.

   4. Participants from Tamil Nadu will enter a unique code along with other details to submit their registration. Additionally, they will answer a skill-based question.

   5. DSFL and the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):

      1. For any SPAM generated messages

      2. For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user's mobile phones

      3. For any SMS message delivery failures

      4. Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason or human error that may occur in the processing of entries.

      5. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ - Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign

      6. Any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.

      7. Any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, loss, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website.

      8. Injury or damage to Participants’ computer or mobile resulting from downloading any materials in connection with the Contest.

      9. If the Participants do not have mobile phones or other gadgets or means that support the Contest link/technical requirements.

      10. If the Participant has registered himself/herself to the DND of the telecom provider/the Participant has registered with the National Do Not Call Registry/Participant has specifically requested not to receive messages for the specific contests

      11. Other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

Winner Selection

1. Any participant can win only once during the contest period with the same mobile number and email ID.

2. From the Valid Entries received, the Organizer will select 136 winners who will win Prizes throughout the Promotion Period (“Winners”).

3. Winners for Rest of India will be selected by Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited using randomizer software irrespective of the time of the entry.

4. For Tamil Nadu, From the Valid Entries received, the first response describing their love for Pulse will be considered for evaluation. Each entry eligible for evaluation will be evaluated on the creativity of the response (uniqueness, freshness of the answers) received by the Organizer.

5. Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of DSFL.

6. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be accepted as awarded. If the winner fails to claim the prize within the specified time and manner, the prize will be forfeited, and no cash alternative will be provided. Prizes must be accepted as offered and cannot be altered.

7. Unclaimed prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for other goods or services or exchanged for cash.

8. The Prize (including any merchandise) is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of quality, suitability, or comfort or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The DSFL and/or Partner Agency shall not be liable for any kind of defect or deficiency in the Prize. If any Winner has any grievance with respect to the Prizes, the Winner shall directly contact the manufacturer or supplier.

9. The image of the prize depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC's/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.

10. DSFL or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the prize due to Act of God, Governmental action, Force Majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the reasonable control of DSFL or its Partner Agency, and under no circumstances, DSFL shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.

11. Any participant of the contest who wins any one of the prizes during the Contest Period shall not be eligible to win any further prizes.

12. The winner generation for Prizes will be done on the basis of Valid Unique Code + Unique mobile number.

1. Contacting Winners

   1. Once the Winners are selected, the Partner Agency appointed by DSFL shall scrutinize all documents. If all the documents submitted are in order and valid then be treated as a Confirmed Winner.

   2. The winner will receive the prize details along with the redemption link to claim the prize via SMS and email.

   3. No prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the contest is not factually correct.

   4. In the event of death of the Confirmed Winner, no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the Confirmed Winner shall be entertained for receiving the prize.

   5. In the event the shortlisted Winner's number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, upto two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the Participant on their winning mobile number. If even on the third attempt, the Participant does not attend the call, or is unreachable, the Participant's participation in the Contest comes to an end and the Participant's entry shall stand cancelled/forfeited and the Participant becomes ineligible to receive the prize.

1. Publicity

   2. The winners must, at the request of DSFL, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to DSFL using their name and image in promotional material.

   1. This Gift Voucher is valid only for the purchase of the brand’s products from authorized showrooms.

   2. This Gift Voucher is only entitled to a credit to the extent of the face value of the voucher.

   3. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, the balance is non-refundable.

   4. The Gift Vouchers are valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of issuance by the brand.

   5. No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Voucher.
