Download your AI-generated Ganesha image and share it on your Instagram feed using the hashtags #PulseGaneshMahotsav and #PulseKaPandal. Mention @ passpass_pulse and tag maximum number of friends to wish and encourage them to share their version of AI Bappa.

Winners will be selected through a lucky draw, with additional brownie points awarded to participants who tag and share the maximum number of images with their loved ones.

Lucky participants will stand a chance to win branded gift items like airdopes, battery bank, bluetooth speaker, online vouchers (worth up to INR 1,000/-) etc.

The #PulseGaneshMahotsav contest is live from 7th - 17th September 2024. No entries exceeding the timelines would be considered for the gratification.

The decision of DSFL shall be final in all matters relating to promotion, evaluation and selection of winners and no correspondence in this context will be entertained. DSFL reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

The lucky winners of the contest will be contacted directly on their respective social media handles for their contact details and will be given the relevant information regarding the gratification. 

General Guidelines:

The #PulseGaneshMahotsav contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Challenge/Contest/Promotion”) is organised by DSFL.

All participating profiles must be public on Instagram.

Tagging the official Pass Pass Pulse handle (@passpass_pulse on Instagram and Twitter, and @ PulseCandyOfficial on Facebook) and including the hashtags #PulseGaneshMahotsav and #PulseKaPandal is mandatory.

Winners will be selected based on fulfilling the above-mentioned eligibility criteria and the respective contest rules and guidelines. Winners will be announced on Pass Pass Pulse pages only. An unspecified number of winners will be declared upon the completion of the contest.

DSFL's decision shall be final in all matters relating to the promotion, evaluation, and selection of winners, and no correspondence in this context will be entertained. DSFL reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Participants must be citizens of India and at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of entering the contest.

Participants must provide full details of their name, permanent address, Income Tax PAN (if applicable), phone number, age, and any other details as may be prescribed by DSFL. The online vouchers will be given to the lucky winners only upon furnishing the required details and documents.

TDS as per the Income Tax Act 1961: The online vouchers are subject to Indian laws, and taxes, levies, and other statutory payments shall be applicable and borne solely by the winners. Vouchers will be delivered/handed over to winners upon proper identification, verification, and proof of payment of applicable taxes and levies. All winners are liable to pay the taxes based on the price of the voucher.

DSFL reserves the right to reject any participant without assigning any reason. Any decision taken in this regard shall be final, binding, and not subject to dispute or challenge.

The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Participation does not entitle a participant to win the vouchers.

Prizes will not be delivered immediately after the winners' announcement. The availability date will be communicated to the winners.

If the winner does not claim their prize on or before 15 (fifteen) days from the date of notification of their winning entry, it shall unconditionally and irrevocably lapse without further notice, and DSFL will have the right to deal with the voucher as it deems fit.

Participants indemnify DSFL against any loss, damage, claims, costs, or expenses due to the breach of any Terms and Conditions.

DSFL is not responsible for any defects, inadequacy, or deficiency in the prizes.

Employees and family members of DSFL and its affiliates/associates/holding/subsidiary companies, and sponsors of the prizes, are not eligible to participate in the contest.

All rights, titles, and interests, including Intellectual Property Rights, in promotional material and entries received, shall vest solely with DSFL at all times. DSFL or any authorised entity may use the entries or any related information for future promotional, marketing, publicity, or other purposes, without permission or payment to the participant.
