Bought 2 Infinix Laptops in Jan 2022.. after 10-15 days of regular use, both displays stopped working ( 3-4 days apart ).. nearest authorized service center took almost one month to let me know that they have detected damage done physically by the user.. 80K gaye mitti mein, still to-fro emails are going on..

Also Tatacliq is sending Refurbished laptops (Seller is croma), for lenovo laptop warranty is already activated and MSO is not activating.
When i raised the return request simply they are saying contact brand lenovo only. When i contacted microsoft support,they are saying the laptop which i received has already MSO activated 6 months back.
After multple contact with lenovo , Lenovo is saying mother board replacement needed for MSO activayion.
I requested lenovo for laptop replacement as i purchased it on 13-03-2022 from tatacliq, Lenovo not yet confirmed on laptop replacement.
Tatacliq is a cheater like shopclues.
Guys any suggestion on how to get it product replaced from lenovo ?
