Minimum transaction amount to avail the offer is ₹1000

• Cashback amount will vary between ₹7 to ₹500 on a top-up between ₹1000-₹1999

• Cashback amount will vary between ₹10 to ₹700 on a top-up between ₹2000-₹2999

• Cashback amount will vary between ₹15 to ₹1000 on a top-up between ₹3000-₹4999

• Cashback amount will vary between ₹25 to ₹1500 on a top-up between ₹5000-₹10000

What is the eligibility criteria?

Valid on PhonePe Gift Card purchase on PhonePe during the offer period

Payment is to be made through UPI or Debit Card only. No other payment instruments (Wallet, Credit Card, Super coin) are applicable on this offer

For example, if a bill payment of ₹1000 is paid using ₹500 PhonePe Credit Card / Wallet / Gift Card balance and ₹500 through UPI, the offer will not be applicable

This offer is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu (owing to the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act 1979) and other states wherever prohibited by law

How many times will I be awarded Scratch card?

Offer can be availed only once (per device, per user) during the offer period

How do I get the Scratch card?

On your PhonePe app

Click on View All Payments Methods tab within "Profile" section of the app

Go to PhonePe Gift Card and Enter the amount you wish to purchase

Pick the payment option for the same

Click on BUY Now to complete the transaction

How do I redeem the Scratch card and get cashback?

On a successful transaction on PhonePe Gift Card purchase you get the scratch card

In the PhonePe app, click on View My Rewards section

Find the unscratched card and swipe to redeem the rewards

Once redeemed scratch card cashback will be credited within 24 hours

When do I get the Scratch Card?

Scratch card will be rewarded to your active PhonePe account within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction.

What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my transaction?

In case of any cancellations, the cashback processed post redemption on scratch card on the transaction will continue to remain as gift voucher balance and non-withdrawable to your bank account. This can continue to be used on PhonePe (recharges, bill payments, etc.)

Refunded amount less of cashback will be credited back to the source of funds used while making payment.
