Booked 2 blood glucose tests 2 days ago. Got the discount and paid only collection charges of Rs75.
And surprisingly received a Rs200 Cashback today for the same order in Pharmeasy wallet.
200 is for delay in taking samples for any reasons .
it shows when you book any lab test
They are not sending reposts, its been 36 hours since the blood sample was collected, complaint they are saying they have escalated, so kindly wait for another 24-48 hours.
Anyone faced similar issue?
Seems they lost the sample.

amount shows 0. but when checkout done and selected pay online it deducts 75 rs from pharmeasy wallet
