Ordered 500rs worth items for 300 rupees from 2 accounts. Most of the items were OOS. peppertap delivered 150 rupees worth items out of 500rs order for 19 rupees . Not sure how they arrived at 19 rs figure.

happened with me many many times aprox 15 times
oos item amount deducted fully mrp price from net amount paid so final price come to much lesser

They deduct from the original amount of the product.

So consider yourself lucky.

In other words:

Say you buy:

1 soap – 50 rs
1 rice – 75 rs
1 atta – 125 rs.

Total: 250 rs.

Then apply discount, so you pay 3 items —> Rs. 150.

Now, if atta is unavailable…

Or out of stock…

From Rs. 150…

Rs. 125 will be deducted…

Which means you will have to pay Rs. 25 for SOAP and RICE.

And what if two items are unavailable?

It will show MINUS sign – which means you don’t have to pay anything and you will get 1 item for free…
