Why you are ignoring the 2100 Rs discount on Payzapp for rent payment, bill pay etc.
5% cashback on rent payment up to 500 for two consecutive months, is not a good deal? Anyway it depends on individual’s perception.
Before voting down you should check every detail and respect the dimer’s effort too.

If you took the RED pill.. he will tell you have to wait for 90 days. After 90 days, when you go up to him and ask to join the rebellion, he will ask you to produce screenshots of the offer – of him offering you the red pill. Do note that you have to show the screenshots to HIM to prove that it was HIM who offered you the pill.
If you took the BLUE pill… he will tell you have to wait for 90 days. After 90 days, you would anyways have forgottern everything about the offer of the pill, as you will be living in ignorant bliss.

Just to be clear — you don’t need to spend on BOTH platforms to be eligible for this offer — right? As in, u can Spend 25000 on PAyZapp and nothing on smartbuy , and still get a chance to be eligible for this offer — correct ?

I have to pay rent of 24000 per month. If I pay it through PayZapp on NoBroker, what will be the total cashback?
For Oct : 500 (Old offer of 5%) + 500(New/this offer) =1000
For Nov : 500 (Old offer of 5%) + 500(New/this offer) =1000
PS: I will make an additional transaction of 1000 in Oct and Nov to make it 25000. Consider it as recharge.

If its anything less than Amazon ICICI Card payment offer is better option.
The maximum benefit you may get for rent payment is 500 cashback using Payzapp channel. However the effective benefit will be less as NoBroker will charge 1% as processing fee. Hence maximum benefit of 400 can be achieved by paying a rent of 10000 Rs. One more additional offer is available on HDFC Milennia credit card and there you will get 10% cashback upto 1250.
Now under Amazon Icici card, there is a cap of 5% at 350. The additional 1% cashback you can forget as it will compensate with 1% processing free.
Hope I am able answer your query. Now choice is your based on your rent amount and cards availability.
Can anyone explain this deal to me? Is this smartbuy offer above the Payzapp offer i.e. if I pay Bill by Payzapp and use BILLPAY code I will receive 5% back upto 150 and by using Smartbuy I will receive 150 extra.
