Payment made at payu gateway but transaction id not receive or payment failed or merchent issued refund but not able to find Or merchant not helping?

Hi, i have made credit card bill payennt from bbp sponsored by idfc, amount is debited but not credited to the credit card and it is showing scussfull in this payu gateway
Anyway to get the money back
