Paytm: Quechua Arpenaz 300 Men Jacket @ Rs 349 [MRP: Rs 2499]

ordered one, however if anyone receives the product, post the pics ASAP..could help a lot of other dimers if the product is fake…

I have brought many many products at 50% the cost & all were genuine except 2, which were fakes & I had to return it.

one of it was DUCKBACK Raincoat at 50% the cost which turned out to be fake & which I had to return & got my refund in 24hrs.

and another was Sony SBH80, which was fake & had to return it, got my refund within 36hrs.

I wear L & XL but well, this was XXL and was too good to be missed as it a size bigger but still took chances & brought one,

worst case I have to return it if its fake.

Till today I bought various products from paytm & returned 5-6 product but I NEVER received refund before 7-8 days some time within 10 days & that too after giving them SNAPSHOT of Inner Pack, Outer Pack, product, invoice etc,etc.

For coming festive seasons ALL E-Commerce players need the money & hence offering product at lowest price & latter refund or return (off-course don’t expect original for peanuts).

Don’t tell me that E-Commerce players received funds from this & that… all are NEWS … NO EVIDENCE & no clarification/declaration from …. about RECEIVED that HUGE amount from investors

These are all fake projections to lure investors but the money does not come in just like that or say publicly, there are private players who invest in this.

sites like flipkart who brag about earning 100 crs a day during festive seasons is all bullcrap, it is just to lure their private investors & courts have already slammed then with huge penalty upto 100-200 crs.

lets just take example of this particular product, the cost is Rs.499/- & 447 people have brought it, hence the cost is Rs.223053/- out of which Rs.67050 will be returned if the product is genuine & all goes well.

this amount is peanuts for an e-commerce site & yes there are provisions where the money can be invested for less than 24hrs too, even if they invest it for a week, still they not gonna make enough and nothing goes to investors.

if this continues till a longer period then the site looses its credibility & then goes down with all the negative reviews all over.

that’s why companies like ADORAMA, BESTBUY etc are still hesitating to come to India.

Normally I would be 100% sure that the order would be either cancelled or maybe a fake product would be sent.

But as an Indian like everyone here, I will keep my fingers crossed & pray that I would get an original one

YES YES ………… Quechua is not a decent brand

Probably it should be burned down

Of course a steal deal if it is Quechua, but 99% chances are that it is going to be Quenchua. Paytm sellers are more notorious than shopclues sellers for selling duplicate/counterfeit products.

I got an Unbranded Raincoat when I ordered DUCKBACK, hence I am not having much hopes as far as my previous experience goes.

I have ordered one. But I don’t think it will be delivered. If it is original I don’t think a seller offering at 80% discount will be able to fulfill 700+ orders.

this can not be real, Retail price at Decathlon noida is Rs 2299/- for older model(if available), Rs 2499/- for new model (Better coating for waterproofing), MRP is 3799/-
However if someone receive original,one can always exchange at any Decathlon Store in India by showing Invoice if there is any size issue. They provide 2 year Guarantee!!

Sadly, its not quechua.. Local road side jacket some generic brand.
I am going to return it.

Everyone cancel your orders I cancelled too.

Spoke to custcare they said if it’s fake customer is covered. Please call custcare and raise a return request

this means only 447 people by this product for 499/-, what about 1000’s of other products listing on eCommerce site and 10,000’s or more of buyer keep buying thinking it’s good/cheap deal & latter if not satisfied asked for refund… or even not able to get refund as they don’t know proper channel for..

Google the seller name, It would link to other eCommerce websites and mostly he would have listed it there too.
You can see the TIN number or exact logo or CS phone for the genuine seller match
Last, you won’t get sky rocketing deal from your local wala. So, trust the price and seller before taking a call!
