We r eligible for flat 3.35% cashback upto ₹300 in our fuel wallet collected offer and done transaction accordingly, paid from our cc, you charged us 4.35% charges and gave us just ₹134 cashback, instead of eligible ₹300 cashback as per collected offer. It's fraud cheating with customers. Give us our ₹300 cashback as per collected offer, screenahots enclosed

It charged me 4.35% ₹375 on my txn of ₹8582 but instead of ₹300 cb, gave just ₹134 cb, instead of flat 3.35% cb upto ₹300,just gave 1.50% cb of ₹134

And moreover paytm worse customers service, no complaints redressal system, no nodal officer, no email, no telephone system, no app chat

Do we get 5% cashback for paying through SBI Cashback Card?
