For balloon card trick working..
Pay minimum 30 or more at new paytm merchandise.. Do this at 3 merchandise.. Only do if you want to buy anything from shop... So don't scratch that 3 cards until 5 minutes
After 5 minutes scratch last card, middle then first one..
For Gulal trick working..
Send minimum 101 to new upi 7 times.. Each time new upi.. You get 1 card.. After receiving all cards wait 2 minutes and scratch one by one
