Yes it happened with ne so I emailed them and vola the cash back of 100 was given to me within 30min after sending the email.

had tried to redeem as soon as u posted but had to wait for my sbi cc issue to be sorted out and now as only few hrs left when i am thinking of paying via dc i am seeing this…
