airtel generally do not accept below 100,
for me many times 50 rs bill payment failed on Airtel.

this time also paytm claiming that it got confirmation from operator..
but Airtel not updated the balance.

Just keep mailing them & airtel as well. My 200 is also stuck, paytm says contact Airtel CC while Failtel said to get in touch with paytm
Now since paytm gave me all the transaction Id’s & refrence numbers (which I forwarded to the operator) I’ve asked Failtel to tally them & adjust my bill accordingly, I won’t pay 200 more for their mistake! These arses deserve nothing more, being a monopoly is the only reason I have an Airtel connection otherwise I’d have ditched them long ago
