Sorry, I dont have paytm cc so couldn’t personally check. but few of my friends got the cashback and used immediately so that paytm doesn’t revoke the same later.. 😅😅 i tried using their card on my account but paytm didn’t allowed me to do the same as it was already used on other account 😞 The screenshot i added in the deal is from my friends account..

So by giving ₹1000, basically they are waiving off the charges for the Paytm co-branded credit cards for 2 whole years minus the 18% GST on ₹499 (₹90) and the CC charges for adding to Paytm wallet (₹23.5). So HDFC/SBI credit cards for 2 years cost ₹113.5 per year.
Btw is that cashback coming in regular Paytm wallet or Paytm's favorite beloved FUEL wallet? 😂
