- 1. Definitions:
- “Offer” means to use BBPS Bill Pay feature on BHIM app to make Credit Card bill payments as specified in section 2 below to win “INR 20” as cashback.
- “Offer Period” shall commence from 25th November 2024 and shall continue till 31st December 2024.
- User shall mean any person who has made a successful Credit Card bill payment using the Bill Pay feature on BHIM app during the offer period.
- 2. Eligibility:
- This Offer is open to all new and existing BHIM users.
- User must be registered on BHIM app and make a successful Credit Card bill payment transaction of minimum value INR 500 using BBPS Bill Pay section on BHIM.
- Each User will be eligible for the cashback only once during the Offer Period.
- Multiple cashback offers cannot be clubbed together. In case of a clash, the maximum cashback arising from the transaction will be considered
- 3. Other Terms and Conditions:
- Participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the Users that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
- NPCI reserves the right to change, amend, add, or delete the terms and conditions associated with the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. NPCI also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
- In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of NPCI shall be final and binding in all respects.
- In case of any fraudulent/ suspicious transaction, NPCI reserves the right to remove the User from the eligibility of the Offer.
- NPCI shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
- All cashback amounts will be credited within 7 days from the end date of the Offer Period.
- NPCI will try to credit the cashback amount to the winner’s UPI account twice and if the transaction declines, the Offer will be withdrawn for the User.
- User must have an active current/savings bank account linked on their BHIM profile for successful cashback credit.
- All disputes related to the Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai.
- The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the BHIM terms and conditions. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the BHIM terms and conditions.
- This offer is applicable for only Select Users.

I have sent a feedback to BHIM as follows..
Everyone give same feedback to them directly and in socal media platforms
If cashback is offered, the terms and conditions in the "Offer Terms and Rewards" section must be clearly outlined. Additionally, cashback should be awarded immediately after the eligible transaction, rather than in the next week's/month’s cycle. Delayed cashback makes it difficult for users to track which transaction earned the reward, leading to confusion and unnecessary anxiety for end users. Immediate processing ensures transparency and a better user experience.

Earlier, instant cashback used to be given, but 50% to 60% of the time, the cashback would fail or not process at all due to the slow servers of the BHIM app.
The manual cashback method is better, which is given weekly or monthly. At least everyone is receiving it now.
