1. This offer is being conducted by Bajaj Finance Limited (“BFL”) for the customers booking Air India’s flights (including in combination with Air India’s ancillary services) (“Booking”) on Air India’s website (www.airindia.com ) or mobile application, using Bajaj Pay UPI.

2. Under this Offer, the Customer will be eligible to receive up to 3750 Bajaj Coins worth INR 750/-.

• “Bajaj Coins” denotes the reward provided by BFL which could be redeemed only on Bajaj Finserv App, or any other BFL authorised channel. One Bajaj coin carries equivalent value of 20 Paisa, which is not convertible or withdrawable as cash. Bajaj Coins is/are NOT to be construed as any legal tender or currency (digital/physical) under Indian law.

4. Steps for availing the Offer (refer below)

• Open Air India website or Mobile Application
• Select flight.
• Fill passenger details
• Select additional services (if any)
• Click on “check out”
• Air India’s Payment page will open, select UPI as a mode of payment.
• Enter Bajaj Pay UPI ID.
• Pay Using Bajaj Pay UPI

5. Customer shall receive Bajaj Coins as rewards on eligible successful paymentsCustomer shall only be eligible to redeem the Bajaj Coins, against the transaction, if his/her available Bajaj Coins are equal to or greater than 200 units. For Customers having relationship with BFL however not having Bajaj Pay Wallet, the redemption of Bajaj Coins against selected transactions shall only happen, if such Customer has a minimum of 200 Bajaj Coins and creates his/her Bajaj Pay Wallet before carrying out the transaction. Such Customer will only be eligible to redeem the Bajaj Coins against the transaction, if his/her available Bajaj Coins are equal to or greater than 200 units. If any Customer wants to purchase Voucher /eGift cards / deals using his Bajaj Coins, Customer should have a minimum of 100 Bajaj Coins.

6. The accumulated Bajaj Coins can be redeemed/used by the Customers for a wide variety of payment transactions as offered and specified by BFL.

7. Once redeemed, redemption cannot be cancelled, varied or reversed.

8. On redemption, the Bajaj Coins so redeemed would be automatically subtracted from the accumulated Bajaj Coins.

9. Customer can use these accumulated Bajaj Coins to purchase Vouchers from identified third party platforms as may be made available from time to time.

10. A Customer can also convert these Bajaj Coins to Bajaj Pay Sub wallet cash.

11. The conversion ratio and the minimum reward points required for redemption are specified on the BFL Platform and may vary from event to event.

12. One Bajaj coin carries equivalent value of 20 Paisa, which is not withdrawable as cash.

13. Bajaj Coins is/are NOT to be construed as any legal tender or currency (digital/physical) under Indian law.

14. Minimum Bajaj Coins balance in Bajaj Finserv App should be 200 to qualify for conversion to cash back on Bajaj Finserv App;

15. Bajaj Coins once converted as cash into sub-wallet, it cannot be converted back into Bajaj coins.

16. BFL reserves the right to extend or terminate this program at its sole discretion.

17. Bajaj Coins cannot be used for:

• Payment of investment (FD etc)
• Payment of loan (EMI)
  
• Payment of Loan processing fee.
• Repayment of overdue loan
• Payment for insurance
• Payment for pocket insurance
• Payment for purchase of add-ons/deals over BFL Platform.

19. Air India shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury that may be suffered, by a Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer.

20. BFL and Air India reserve the right to extend, withdraw or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Further, BFL and Air India reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and from time to time, without assigning any reasons.

21. If this Offer and/or anything to be done by BFL in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other any causes, then neither Air India nor BFL shall be liable for any consequence to the extent so prevented or delayed.

22. The Offer is non-transferable, non–exchangeable and non-encashable.

23. All Bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to Air India’s conditions of carriage available at  www.airindia.com

24. By making the Booking using Bajaj Pay UPI as a payment mode during the Offer period, the Customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by Air India with its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to Air India to the Customer, in future.

25. These Reward Offer terms are in addition to the Terms of Use as provided over Bajaj Finserv App. The same shall be read in conjunction with the said terms.

26. These Offer terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
