• Applicable only on orders placed on Tata 1mg android app and paid using Simpl.

• Cashback will reflect in the user’s Simpl account, within 15 minutes of a successful transaction. The promised cashback amount will be credited to a user’s Simpl account post settlement of the Simpl bill.

• Cashback details will be communicated via email, SMS and also accessible in the “Transactions” section of Simpl app.

• Cashback will be canceled in case of full refunds or cancellation of orders.

• In the case of partial refunds, the cashback will be canceled only if the total paid amount (after deducting the refunded amount) becomes lower than the minimum order value required to be eligible for the cashback.

• The eligible amount will be credited to a user’s Simpl account post settlement of the bill.
