Terms and Conditions

Offer is valid for Users registered with Paytm.
User shall make the payment at any shop using Paytm App.
Users to win Segment 1 (provided below) shall make payment of at least INR 50 or above during the Offer Period.
Users to win Segment 2 (provided below) shall make payment of at least INR 50 or above at five different shops during the Offer Period to be eligible for this Offer.
Winner will be selected on the criteria determined solely at the discretion of Paytm, as may be modified from time to time.
Winners will receive their rewards by 15th September 2021.
Winners who win vouchers will get an SMS or email by 15th September 2021.
Voucher code will be valid till 10th October 2021.
Paytm solely reserves the right to withdraw and/or change offer terms at any time without prior notice to the customer.
In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions, Paytm solely reserves the right to revoke the Offer.
Offer is applicable in selected states only at Grocery Stores, Retail Stores, Restaurants, Petrol Pumps, Dairy outlets, Pharmacies, Clinics, Parking, Auto/taxi Rides, Hospitals, Automobile Services, Beauty & Fitness, Servicing & Delivery executives, etc. on payments done on merchant mobile no/ scanning any QR Code at selected merchants.
Cashback will be canceled in case of a full refund or cancellation of payment.
This offer is applicable to select users only when they pay at select shops using Paytm.
TDS to be deducted on prize money as per the income tax act.
In case a user is non-KYC, the user has to add a bank account to his Paytm account in order to receive the cashback.
If the user has not completed KYC or has breached the monthly wallet limit, they will receive Goldback (inclusive of 3% GST).
