1. Definitions
1. “Issuer Bank” means the bank which has issued Rupay Credit Card to the User.
2. “Offer” means to use Rupay Credit Card on UPI feature on BHIM app as specified in section 2 below to win INR 50 cashback.
3. “Offer Period” shall commence from 15th November 2024 and shall continue till 24th November 2024.
4. “User” shall mean a person who has linked their Rupay Credit Card on BHIM app and made a successful transaction during the offer period.
2. Eligibility:
1. This Offer is open to only select users.
2. User must link his/her Rupay Credit Card issued by the Issuer Bank in the Credit Cards section on the BHIM app and make a successful transaction of minimum value INR 500 using Credit Card on UPI feature.
3. Each User will be eligible for the cashback only once during the Offer Period.
4. Multiple cashback offers cannot be clubbed together. In case of a clash, the maximum cashback arising from the transaction will be considered.
5. User should have their bank account linked to BHIM App.
6. Cashback will be credited to user’s linked Bank Account on BHIM App.
3. Other Terms and Conditions:
   1. Participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the Users that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
   2. NPCI reserves the right to change, amend, add, or delete the terms and conditions associated with the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. NPCI also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
   3. In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of NPCI shall be final and binding in all respects.
   4. In case of any fraudulent/ suspicious transaction, NPCI reserves the right to remove the User from the eligibility of the Offer.
   5. NPCI shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
   6. All cashback amounts will be credited within 7 days from the end date of the Offer Period (i.e. November 24th, 2024)
   7. NPCI will try to credit the cashback amount to the winner’s UPI account twice and if the transaction declines, the Offer will be withdrawn for the User.
   8. All disputes related to the Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai.
   9. The terms and conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the BHIM terms and conditions and terms and condition issued by the respective Issuer Bank for the respective Rupay Credit Card on UPI (“RuPay CC on UPI Terms”). All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the BHIM terms and conditions and Rupay CC on UPI Terms.
