First you need to do a minimum 1k bill payment. Then do next payment for 10rs and get the spins. You can get 5 spins daily for three days by paying 10rs bill payment. On 4th day you need to do one more 1k payment and unlock spins for next three days.

Ideally no, as today is 3rd day only. You can once more, in case u missed the popup. But if that didn’t work, u can try with 1k payment again.
Maybe, there is some weekly/monthly limit applied post 31st (the terms does mention something like that).

Worked in one account 1 hr ago. Not working in other accounts now.
I am assuming it is working once in 24 hours. yesterday morning when i paid, did not get the offer, paid in the afternoon got the offer. again now in the morning i paid, did not get the offer, will try again in the evening to check. I am keep trying 1000+100+10 payments until i get. almost last 7 days, i got daily. however cashback is not great, max 20-30 per day.

Tried just now by 10rs bill payment,it took me to spins page but throwed me error no spins comeback tomorrow,any idea why it is throwing error,did yesterday morning spin and today should be new day.
