   2. 1.2 These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the pre-registration process for IndiGo BluChip.
   3. 1.3. Each individual participating in the IndiGo BluChip pre-registration and providing personal details such as name, mobile number, email ID, etc., shall be referred to as an “Applicant.”
   4. 1.4 It is the Applicant's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions before participating in the pre-registration process for IndiGo BluChip. Participation in the pre-registration process constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, the Applicants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of IndiGo, which are final and binding in all matters related to the pre-registration process.
   5. 1.5 IndiGo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the pre-registration process or these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion.
   6. 1..6 This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Rules thereunder, as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act 2000.
